 classic yoga class\, facilitated by Kim Frankel - all levels (no prior exp
 erience necessary) slipping away from our lives and into our bodies.\n\n\n
 \nThis segues into an African Sound Journey with Dave Reynolds & Bongani S
 otshononda\, a deep yoganidra accompanied by sounds from Africa and Asia.\
 n\n\n\nDave is SA’s premier steelpan player\, a Paraguayan harpist\, acous
 tic guitarist and multi-award winning composer. He has performed and recor
 ded all over the world with Steve Newman\, Hugh Masekela\, Andy Narell\, T
 ony Cox\, the late Gito Baloi of Tananas\, Paul Hanmer and many others. Bo
 ngani is SA’s premier jazz vibraphonist and marimba player. He spends most
  of his time performing in Europe and the islands of the Indian Ocean.\n\n
 \n\nAfter a light lunch together (meat-free\, wheat-free)\, Dave and Bonga
 ni give a concert of music from their latest albums. \n\n\n\nWe end at 13h
